Undergraduate-level East Asian studies courses are offered by Weatherhead East Asian Institute faculty members and other university instructors in a variety of schools and academic departments across the university. The courses offer undergraduate students the opportunity to study East Asia, both past and present, through a variety of different disciplinary approaches.
The course information contained in the Institute’s Course Bulletin is collected from courses listed by individual departments, and is updated periodically. The most accurate and up-to-date source of information on university courses is the Columbia University Directory of Classes, available at http://www.columbia.edu/cu/bulletin/uwb/.
Additionally, many departments have detailed course information on their websites.
