Professor Ben Liebman and Abigail Hing Wen LAW ’04 discuss next generation of AI in Beijing
AI is having an impact on every industry. Law firms nowadays are seeking ways to apply AI and explore potentials to improve productivity and efficiency.
On June 20, more than 50 lawyers and professionals joined Professor Benjamin Liebman, Robert L. Lieff Professor of Law, Director of the Center for Chinese Legal Studies at Columbia Law School, and faculty of the Weatherhead East Asian Institute, and Abigail Hing Wen LAW ’04 in Beijing for a discussion on the next generation of AI from Silicon Valley and beyond. Wen is currently the Head of Emerging Tech and Senior Counsel, CTO Office, AI Products Group and Legal Lead, Intel Capital AI Investments and Strategic Transactions.
This event also marks the beginning of 2019 Columbia Beijing Summer East Asian Studies Series, in celebration of the Weatherhead East Asian Institute's 70th anniversary.
