Renowned historian Professor Kuisong Yang, an expert on 20th-century Chinese Chinese history, draws on extensive archival research to share his some key discoveries about the complex relations between the Chinese Communist Party, the Kuomintang and the Soviet Union, as well as on political movements and political figures in Mao-era China. Professor Yang will discuss his research methods and experiences, offering valuable insights for new scholars of modern China. (Presentation in Chinese.)
