A new study, "State of Poverty and Disadvantage in New York City," which Qin Gao helped author, was recently released and reported on in two articles by Gothamist and Sing Tao. The research was supported by the anti-poverty organization Robin Hood, and uncovers details about the state of poverty in post-pandemic New York City, including those related to the understudied Asian American population.
